Terms & Conditions
Various sectors of Australia’s pharmaceutical community including Retail & Hospital Pharmacies, Hospital Drug Stores, Pharmaceutical Wholesalers, Pharmacy Buy Groups, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, and Suppliers of Pharmacy goods & services are able to participate on Nood Network.
Pharmacy members are able to trade short-dated & surplus inventory with other members as well as interact with manufacturers and suppliers of pharmacy goods & services.
All applications will be thoroughly assessed and fraudulent applications referred to the Australian Federal Police.
Sellers agree to list Nood items at fair market prices that reflect 'time remaining to expiry'. The closer to expiry, the lower the prices. Sellers agree to list surplus & excess stock items at prices that provide good commercial value to the buyer, and agree, that if items are not selling, to lower the price accordingly to enable a quick sale.
Each time a transaction occurs, the Seller receives a confirmatory email with all the information pertaining to the transaction. The Seller agrees to dispatch product and tax invoice promptly to Buyer, and to pay any postal or delivery charge (unless otherwise nominated). Nood Network does not accept any liability for items lost or damaged.
Each time a transaction occurs, the Buyer also receives a confirmatory email with all the information pertaining to the transaction. The Buyer agrees to forward payment promptly after receipt of goods and tax invoice. Nood Network does not accept any liability for late or missing payments.
Initial registration is free. Should any membership be disabled due to e-mail dysfunction, a rejoining fee of $55 will apply.
There are no fees incurred when items are listed for sale.
There are no fees incurred by Buyers.
Fees are incurred by Sellers when goods are sold. The fee (ex GST) is 5% of the value (ex GST) of the item sold, with a minimum of $1.50 (ex GST) per transaction. Sellers agree to remit any selling fees due plus GST to Nood Network Pty Ltd within 30 days. Sellers can click their Account tab at www.noodnet.com > member login > Account, to generate and print a current Tax Invoice.
Preferred Payment method is by Electronic Funds Transfer to Nood Network Pty Ltd, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Surfers Paradise, Qld, BSB 064-432 Account 1016-9157.
Payments can also be made by cheque, payable to Nood Network Pty Ltd, & posted to postal address at the bottom of the Contact page at www.noodnet.com > Contact.
