Only Retail & Hospital Pharmacies, Pharmaceutical
Wholesalers, Manufacturers, and Pharmacy buying groups may apply to join the Nood Network and all applications will be thoroughly
assessed. Post office boxes and private home addresses will not be accepted.
Caution: Persons attempting to masquerade fraudulently as the above will have
their IP details traced and immediately forwarded to the Federal Police.

Whenever I sell items, I agree to dispatch
product promptly to buyer, same day if
possible, and to pay any postal or delivery charge. Nood Network does not accept any liability for items lost or damaged.

Whenever I buy items, I agree to contact the member
selling the item immediately and forward payment
promptly, same day if possible. Nood Network does not accept any liability for late or missing payments.

I agree to list my Nood items at a fair market price that reflects 'time remaining to expiry'. The
closer to expiry, the lower the price. I agree to list my surplus &
excess stock items at prices that provide good commercial value to the buyer. I
agree that if my items are not selling, to lower the price accordingly to
enable a quick sale.

I agree to promptly remit any selling fees due plus GST to Nood Network Pty Ltd. I understand that fees are due only when I sell an item. There
are no fees when I register, when I list nood items
or when I buy nood items.
I understand that my initial registration is free, but should my membership be
disabled due to my e-mail not being up to date & functional, a rejoining
fee of $55 will apply.
