Various sectors of Australia’s pharmaceutical community including Retail & Hospital Pharmacies, Hospital Drug Stores, Pharmaceutical Wholesalers, Pharmacy Buy Groups, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, and Suppliers of Pharmacy goods & services are able to participate on NOOD Network.

Pharmacy members are able to trade short-dated & surplus inventory with other pharmacy members as well as buy NOOD items from manufacturers and suppliers of pharmacy goods & services.

All applications will be thoroughly assessed and fraudulent applications referred to the Australian Federal Police. 

Each NOODnet member automatically signs up to receive Daily Email Alerts of all new items listed over the past 24 hours and NOOD Flashes of news and special offers. You can opt out of receiving these emails at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link on the email. 

NOTE: The Daily Email Alerts and the NOOD Flashes contain encrypted data pertaining specifically to your membership such as your login and password details. DO NOT forward or share these emails as this will allow others to have access to your NOODnet Profile. 

Sellers agree to list nood items at fair market prices that reflect 'time remaining to expiry'. The closer to expiry, the lower the prices. Sellers agree to list short dated & excess stock items at prices that provide good commercial value to the buyer, and agree that if items are not selling to lower the price accordingly to enable a quick sale.

Each time a transaction occurs, the Seller receives a confirmatory email with all the information pertaining to the transaction. The Seller agrees to dispatch product and tax invoice promptly to Buyer, and to pay any postal or delivery charge (unless otherwise nominated). As with all items couriered it is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the products are packed securely. NOOD Network does not accept any liability for items lost or damaged.

Each time a transaction occurs, the Buyer also receives a confirmatory email with all the information pertaining to the transaction. The Buyer agrees to forward payment promptly according to the terms issued by the Seller. NOOD Network does not accept any liability for late or missing payments.

LEGAL NOTICE:

It must be remembered at all times NOODnet members are trading in sensitive scheduled items and proper procedures need to be put in place for the safe and legal transporting of such items. Please review your QCPP Standards.

It is an offence to trade items for which a PBS subsidy has already been received.

Fraudulent use of the NOODnet Platform by owners, managers or pharmacists will result in a full report being handed over to all relevant authorities including Police, AHPRA and the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) and prosecuted to the full extend of applicable laws.

REFUND POLICY:

Our returns policy is in addition to each member's rights under Australian Consumer Law.

NOOD Network will accept product returns and provide the Buyer with a refund where:

• The product is faulty
• The product is significantly different to that described in the listing on NOODnet
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose
• The product is not of an acceptable quality and this wasn't specified in the listing on NOODnet
• The product's expiry date is not the same as that described in the listing on NOODnet

As NOOD stands for Never Out Of Date and all items listed state their expiry date it is up to the Buyer to make the decision as to whether or not they can sell through these items prior to expiry. As such refunds will not be entertained for the reason of short dating.

The Seller agrees to reimburse NOOD Network the full cost of a product as listed on the NOODnet if the product they have provided is deemed to have come under any of the refund reasons listed above. NOOD Network has the sole discretion after a request for a refund has been made, to determine if the Seller is liable under this clause.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY POLICY:

The Seller agrees to dispatch the product to the Buyer as soon as possible and no longer than THREE (3) days after the transaction has occurred online. The Seller is considered liable for their product up to its delivery to the Buyer and should take all necessary steps to ensure the product reaches the Seller intact. This includes choosing a reputable courier service and taking out the appropriate insurances where necessary for cold-chain or expensive items.

In the event products are lost in transit to the Buyer the Seller agrees to take all necessary steps with their chosen courier service to instigate searches and make claims against the insurance. As the Seller has chosen the courier service and has chosen to, or not to, take out insurance against loss or damage, the Seller is deemed liable for the loss towards the Buyer and agrees to refund any money already paid by the Buyer.

In the event products are damaged in transit the Seller agrees to take all necessary steps with their chosen courier service to make claims against the insurance. As the Seller has chosen the courier service and has chosen to, or not to, take out insurance against loss or damage, the Seller is deemed liable for the loss towards the Buyer and agrees to refund any money already paid by the Buyer.

NOOD Network and NOOD Enterprises Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss caused by lost or damaged product caused by a courier service. NOOD Enterprises Pty Ltd will only be liable for loss and damage caused by a courier service if this service was booked through Unicorn Express Courier and then the liability only extends to the limit of the type of service and insurances chosen by the NOOD member. The liability of NOOD Enterprises Pty Ltd will mirror that of the actual courier service provider used. 

Like any product sent via post or courier service the sender needs to pack their items neatly and securely. There is nothing more disappointing than to open a parcel and the contents you have just bought are crushed, torn and unsalable. Disputes occur when items are posted with little regard to the integrity of the products and the purchaser feels rightfully aggrieved they are being asked to pay for items they cannot sell.

NOOD Enterprises Pty Ltd provides a cost effective courier service via Unicorn Express Courier.

All prices for items listed by NOOD Members on the NOOD Network are exclusive of GST.

Registration is free.  

There are no fees incurred when items are listed for sale.  

There are no fees incurred by Buyers.

Fees are incurred by Sellers only when goods are sold. The fee (ex GST) is 5% of the value (ex GST) of the item sold, with a minimum of $2.50 (ex GST) per transaction. Sellers agree to remit any selling fees due plus GST to Nood Enterprises Pty Ltd within 30 days. Sellers can click their Account tab at www.noodnet.com > member login > My Account, to generate and print a current Tax Invoice with payment options.
